When an employee comes to office daily in time, it gives a good impression on the employee. What extra you can do is, if you come a little bit early than your colleagues and boss, it gives you an extra edge to you. You will catch everybody's attention. When you want to leave the office, never go earlier. Try to work extra hard, extra time So, your presence will be noticed by your Boss.
