Mandatory

• 6+ years of Development and support experience of Notes web based applications.

• Excellent knowledge of lotus script notes formula language.

• Good knowledge of javascript, html, Dhtml

• Knowledge on XML and XML parsing.

• Knowledge of AJAX scripting

• Good design skills of notes web based applications.

• Basic database skills – TSQL queries



Nice to have

• Knowledge of networking concepts

• Knowledge on notes administration

• Knowledge on writing advanced SQL , stored procs etc.

• Knowledge on report generating tools for notes applications.



Role Details

• Would be responsible for supporting notes web based applications with a very high user base and high number of notes databases.

• Should be able to understand the requirements of clients.

• Should be able to estimate CRs and application enhancements.

• Participate in calls with client and application stakeholders.

• Mentor other junior member in the team

I wonder some time that, Is there any such politics happen? in offce..Ya of course it happens. Among the employees, everyone wants a good pay hike, promotion, growth, recognition and rewards.
