Collation of Data from various systems for the MIS data Base Designing various MIS for the Agents / TLs / Managers and the Management Team Generation of MIS as per agreed SLA and to provide adhoc reports Highlighting and tracking exceptions and Red flags Maintenance and Upkeep of the systems like Attendance / Production and the Downtime tracker Working towards continuous improvements in the Workflow and building efficiencies in the Operations Preparing stacks for the agent incentives Rostering, Scheduling, Manpower Planning and Leave Management for the operations teams
